A jack-of-all-trades public relations professional with more than 20 years’ experience in mission-based marketing, Lisa has a history of helping organizations elevate thoughts and ideas into brands. Consulting for the past 14 years has given Lisa the chance to be entrepreneurial and to represent a diverse collection of clients, with one common thread: strategic communications programs built around a mission or the opportunity for advocacy. Her client base is built primarily around environment and sustainability, healthcare, and education, and has included: Ray Anderson, chairman and founder of Interface, Inc., widely recognized for its 15-year history of environmental leadership; InterfaceFLOR Commercial, the carpet tile brand of the Interface family; Melaver, Inc., a third generation sustainable real estate developer in Savannah, Ga., with properties throughout the Southeast; Visiting Nurse | Hospice Atlanta, the largest nonprofit provider of home health and hospice in Georgia; EARTH University, a sustainable agriculture school in Costa Rica; Destination ImagiNation, the world’s largest creativity and problem solving program; Shepherd Center in Atlanta, one of the nation’s top spinal cord and brain injury rehabilitation hospitals; Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta/Egleston, one of the nation’s top children’s hospitals, and others, including InterfaceFABRIC, the Signature Shop & Gallery, Ann Jacob Gallery, Arthritis Foundation, and Green Technology magazine.
Lisa is a founding affiliate of the Green Earth PR Network, and spearheaded its launch of CONNECT, a subscription database of events in green business and social responsibility, designed to put a wealth of information at the fingertips of marketers who are looking for a more intimate connection to the movement.
